Return window
You may return eligible items within 7 days of receiving your order.
Condition for returns
To be eligible, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original, resalable condition
- In the original box with all tags and packaging intact
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)
Shoes that have been worn outdoors, damaged through use, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
Non-returnable items
Sale or clearance items and custom/bulk orders are not eligible for return.

Contact us at [email protected] or WhatsApp +94 771 978 590 with your order number and the reason for return. We'll guide you through the next steps.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll let you know if it's approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note your bank may take additional time to reflect it.
Exchanges
Need a different size or style? We're happy to exchange eligible items, subject to availability. Just reach out using the contact details above.
Damaged, defective, or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are covered by the customer, except for damaged or incorrect items, which we cover.
